Filling Hearts with Hope by Filling Buckets with Help

God gave me a heart for the homeless, and now he has given me a mission.

More than fifteen years ago, I began supporting Kansas City Rescue Mission with my time, treasure and talent. God led me to go beyond simply writing a check by actually getting to know the men and women that society has forgotten. I immediately felt a connection with these people, and I realized they have many of the same needs and aspirations as everyone else in our community. Many of them want to change their circumstances and simply need a helping hand. As a result, God called me to start God’s Bucket Brigade.
